Our professional staff of licensed clinical social workers, mental health professionals and social work interns is here to assist individuals in taking charge of their lives and making difficult life decisions.

Women Helping Women provides individual, child and family counseling, case management and support groups in addition to our free Counseling Talkline services.

• Call our Free Counseling Talkline at (323) 655-3807 or toll free at (877) 655-3807 to discuss scheduling a personal appointment with a Counselor.

• When leaving a message on our Talkline, please let our Counselor know if we may leave a message on your voice mail if you are not at home or work.

• We will not leave a message without your permission.

• Individual and family counseling sessions are offered on a generous sliding fee scale. Free services may be available for grant eligible residents of cities of Los Angeles and West Hollywood. WHW also accepts Victims of Crime Compensation.

Council House Individual and Family Counseling
WHW offers free long-term therapy to community members who cannot otherwise afford treatment. Our caring professional clinical social workers and interns develop a personalized treatment plan based on the unique needs of each client on a range of issues including domestic violence, poverty, depression and sexual abuse. We can also provide resources for housing, legal issues and medical needs.

School-Based Individual and Family Counseling
In these busy times, we understand that parents are not always able to come to us, so we have collaborated with local schools to provide individual child and family counseling at local school sites. WHW is committed to reaching out to the community to help build healthy families and provide the support they need.
